Simmons Breathe Firm Crib Mattress is made from a recycled polyester core. Thousands of tiny air chambers between the compressed fibers allow air to flow freely for better breathability and a fresher mattress. VOC free for a healthier sleep environment, as the polyester fibers do not off-gas, which can pose a health hazard. The cover is made from 100% breathable mesh knit material, ensuring continual airflow. It offers 2-stage support with a firm side for infants up to 12 months and thicker, plush side for toddlers.
