No, Leon’s gift cards do not expire or carry any fees.
How can I check the balance of my Gift Card?
To check your gift card balance, go to leons.ca/giftcard and click the "Check Balance" link. When prompted, enter the gift card number and pin.
What is an eGift Card?
An eGift Card is an electronic or digital card, as opposed to a traditional plastic gift card. eGift Cards can be purchased online at leons.ca/giftcard and can be redeemed online or at a participating Leon’s store location.
Is there a minimum amount and/or maximum amount I can put on Leon’s Gift Card?
Yes, Leon’s Gift Cards have a minimum value of $10 and a maximum value of $2000 per card.
If I purchase an eGift Card for someone else, how will the recipient know?
The recipient of the eGift Card will receive an email indicating that an eGift Card has been sent to them. These notifications include any personal messages you add during the gift card purchase process.
How will I know that the recipient received their eGift Card?
You will receive an email notification when the recipient opens the email containing their eGift Card.
How long does it take for an eGift Card to reach the recipient?
All eGift Cards purchased are subject to credit card and security processing. This typically occurs within 20 minutes however it could take up to 24 hours. If an eGift Card is not received within 24 hours, please ensure the email listed on the receipt is correct, and that the recipient has checked their junk/spam folder. If it still has not been found, please contact us for assistance.
Where can I use my Gift Card?
You may use your Leon’s Gift Card or eGift Card online at leons.ca or in-store at a participating Leon’s location.
How do I use my Gift Card online?
To use your gift card for an online purchase, simply enter the gift card number and pin during the check-out process.
How do I use my eGift Card in-store?
To use your eGift Card in-store, simply provide your gift card number to the store associate at a participating location and then enter your pin to verify payment.
What should I do if my gift card is lost or stolen?
Leon’s Furniture cannot be responsible for lost or stolen cards, however, if you have proof of purchase, contact us for assistance. If we find your gift card has not been redeemed or has some remaining value, we may be able to cancel the original and issue you a new eGift Card for that value.
What should I do if I lose my eGift Card number or pin?
If you lose your eGift Card number or pin, please have the purchaser contact us for assistance. Be sure to provide your confirmation number (which can be found on the original purchase receipt email).
