Our Services

Furniture & Bedding

We will uncrate or unpack your new purchase (with the exception of ready to assemble products) and we will set it in place. Due to health regulations, soiled or stained upholstery or bedding cannot be moved by our professional delivery associates unless it is wrapped by the customer. We also cannot disassemble any existing furniture in your home in order to complete the delivery. Sorry but there are no exceptions.

Appliances

We will uncrate and move your new purchase into place, but for insurance reasons we cannot connect it to electrical, plumbing, or gas outlets. If you want an existing appliance moved to the curb, for safety reasons, the pieces must be disconnected and/or drained. Old appliances will be moved to the curb on a one for one basis only if they are reasonably clean and if it is safe to do so. A damage waiver must also be signed. Built-in wall ovens, cook tops, hood fans, microwaves etc., will be left in cartons unless requested by the customer.

Electronics

All televisions will be removed from the carton for inspection only. For insurance reasons we cannot set up, mount or connect a TV to any other equipment. All DVD players and stereo systems are delivered in factory containers and cannot be unpacked or setup by our delivery associates under any circumstance. Please review your owners manual for any operation or installation concerns.

Unique Features

Contemporary Touch Controls - The UC-PS38 pairs a clean, modern under-cabinet design with a touch-screen control panel and digital clock. The streamlined interface keeps key controls within easy reach while giving the hood a polished appearance that complements contemporary kitchens and busy cooking spaces.
Dual-Motor Ventilation - Powerful dual motors provide the UC-PS38 with strong suction for demanding cooking methods, including boiling, steaming, braising, frying, searing and sautéing. The high-capacity ventilation helps remove smoke, steam, grease and cooking odours efficiently, making it well suited to frequent or intensive home cooking.
Six Fan Speeds - Choose from six ventilation speeds to match the UC-PS38’s airflow to the cooking task. Lower settings provide practical ventilation for lighter cooking, while higher settings increase suction for heavier smoke and steam, helping you balance ventilation performance and operating noise throughout meal preparation.
Power Control Technology™ - The UC-PS38 lets you limit maximum airflow to 350 CFM when required by local building codes or installation conditions. This adjustable setting can help simplify compliance in homes where higher ventilation rates would otherwise require additional make-up air provisions, depending on local regulations.
Auto Steam Clean - The UC-PS38 uses steam to help soften and dissolve grease that can accumulate inside the hood around the motor and fan. Regular cleaning can help maintain suction performance and appliance hygiene, and the cleaning function operates without requiring a permanent water-line connection.
