Leon's Direct Ship program provides our customers a FAST, EASY & CONVENIENT way to order and receive new products for their home. Once a Direct Ship product is ordered, it is sent to the manufacturer for fulfillment. The Direct Ship team will ensure your item is properly packaged and shipped as per the estimated ship date in the cart. Can I purchase Direct Ship products in store?
Yes, you can place your order for Direct Ship products in store or online. However, these products are not available to view in store. They are shipped directly from the manufacturer or a Leon’s warehouse close to you.
Can I pick up Direct Ship products in store?
Currently, Direct Ship products are not available for in store pickup.
Can I cancel/return my Direct Ship product?
Direct Ship products that are shipped or in transit cannot be cancelled online or in store. All sales are final. However, if you discover concealed damage, you have 3 days to report it at directship@leons.ca for further assistance.
When will my Direct Ship product arrive?
In cart, we will provide an estimated shipping time for your product. Once order is ready to ship, you will receive an email providing your shipment details.
If the item is shipping via courier (UPS/Fedex/Canada Post) A tracking number will be included in the shipping details that can be used to track your shipment.
I only placed 1 order but received multiple tracking emails. Why?
Each Direct Ship product is assigned a dedicated tracking number. An email will be sent for each tracking number generated.
Do I have to be home to receive the shipment?
We require a signature at the door. A person over 18 years must be home to sign for the shipment.
Can I cancel/return my Direct Ship product?
