We will uncrate or unpack your new purchase (with the exception of ready to assemble products) and we will set it in place. Due to health regulations, soiled or stained upholstery or bedding cannot be moved by our professional delivery associates unless it is wrapped by the customer. We also cannot disassemble any existing furniture in your home in order to complete the delivery. Sorry but there are no exceptions.
We will uncrate and move your new purchase into place, but for insurance reasons we cannot connect it to electrical, plumbing, or gas outlets. If you want an existing appliance moved to the curb, for safety reasons, the pieces must be disconnected and/or drained. Old appliances will be moved to the curb on a one for one basis only if they are reasonably clean and if it is safe to do so. A damage waiver must also be signed. Built-in wall ovens, cook tops, hood fans, microwaves etc., will be left in cartons unless requested by the customer.
All televisions will be removed from the carton for inspection only. For insurance reasons we cannot set up, mount or connect a TV to any other equipment. All DVD players and stereo systems are delivered in factory containers and cannot be unpacked or setup by our delivery associates under any circumstance. Please review your owners manual for any operation or installation concerns.

Deposits (excluding special order deposits) are refundable without fees or charges prior to delivery or pick up of the product. Deposits will only be refunded to the same credit or debit card with which the deposit was made. Deposits made by cash will be refunded to the purchaser's debit card or by cheque mailed to the purchaser's address on the original invoice.

This Refrigerator Freezer Modular Ice Maker Kit is an accessory kit for your refrigerator's ice maker. It is intended to fit compatible Whirlpool® brand refrigerators without the ice maker in the door; check to see if your model number is compatible. This kit includes everything you need to install the ice maker for the first time or replace an existing ice maker. For refrigerators with an automatic ice maker, or self-filling trays, you'll need to purchase a copper tubing kit that contains a “Regular Valve and Clamp Assembly. We strongly recommend that you hire a qualified technician to safely install the water line and ice maker. Replacing this accessory will require advanced mechanical training. You must unplug the refrigerator or shut off the house circuit breaker for the appliance before installing this part. Also turn off the refrigerator's water supply before you begin.
