Comments about Sinatra Power Reclining Sofa:

This was a replacement for a leather couch which fell apart in no time. After tons of arguments Leon gave us a credit. We liked the looks of the Sinatra (way more money) and the salesman told us that they NEVER had any problems with this one! There is only two adults using the couch. in two years we now have the right side of the recliner not working well and every time it is used it sounds like an explosion. Also, on the left side is is raining foam from the pat that reclines. There are little holes in the lining (cheap lining) and there is a mess of pieces of foam dropping constantly. We been told that we are just past the warranty of 2 years on the mechanical and pillow part and that there is nothing they can do (not even send us someone to look at it and we pay). I asked the Customer Service person if we she just throw it in the garbage and she had no solution at all. That's the end of Leon's for me. they don't stand behind their product and don't offer any solutions except that of course you could always go and fall for another piece of junk.

Comments about Sinatra Power Reclining Sofa:

We spent a lot of time looking at funirture before qe made pur purchase. We fell in love with this set for the style and the leather. We felt that for the price, it would be good quality. First week, we found a seam in the main structure of the chair that was unstitched. No problem. We had to drag the chair back to the store (2 hrs round trip) and spend 6 hours in the city waiting for the store to fix it. Next within the first two weeks, we noticed that one arm rest and the one back of our sofa has next to no padding in it. You can feel the boards inside when you sit down. What is our only option? To find a trailer and drag the sofa back to the store. Now I discovered that arm rest on the loveseat is loose inside.

The leather and the style are great. We spent a lot of money and are deeply disappointed by our purchase and the service from Leon's warranty.
