We purchased this range. Loved the design. It overheated the first time we turned it on. Samsung customer service is a joke! They are making us wait 5 days for service to replace the main board! Had we left it to preheat without watching it, we could have had major damage to our home!

This oven looks great and works great. However, if you are using the entire oven it makes a clicking noise. It will click 3 times every 30 seconds or so. If I'm only using the top part of the oven, which is what I use 90% of the time, it doesn't click at all. I contacted Samsung and they said it was the circuit relays switching and it was normal. It may be "normal", but it's annoying!!
