Comments about LG Appliances Freestanding Stainless Steel Electric Convection Range (6.3 Cu. Ft.) - LRE6383ST:

I give this product 0 star, review.
It has a basic design flaw, the border around the cooktop cannot bear hot temperatures and burns if hot metal touches it.
When we called it in they tell you that it is a cosmetic damage and not covered by warranty, and if I want to replace the border, I will have to pay for the parts and labour
I feel even if they re[air it for free it is useless, as every time I use the range I would be afraid that it will burn again if a hot surface touches the border
The oven performance is also flawed, it heats it to 25 degrees less than what you punch in.
